He is the founder member of Society Of Genitourinary Oncologists (SOGO) of India, and serving as a honorable secretary to SOGO, the national level society for the education and knowledge sharing in the field of Genito urinary oncology.

Dr Raghunath is the co-founder & trustee of Global Prostate Cancer Foundation, an NGO to create awareness about prostate diseases, in particular prostate cancer amongst urologists and the community to prevent and detect the prostate cancer early.
